PRODUCTS & FINISHING OPTIONS

To guide you in your selection of the product suitable to your intended application, we have created a quick reference table. For other information, see our list of products.

What type of image should I select for Gallery Wrapping?

To do Gallery Wrapping we would need about 2" of each side of your image to wrap around the side of the stretcher bars. Make sure that the image you submit has enough space available for this without sacrificing your main subject.

If you prefer to have all of the image on the face of the canvas, we can stretch it with a white or black side wrap.


ORDER PLACEMENT

How can I place my order?

It is best to place your order online. Just follow the simple step-by-step instructions. However, if you need help at any point, please contact us at 1-888-557-6783 and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) through our secure checkout.

What is your order cut-off time?

Order must be completed and print-ready files must be submitted by 5 PM PST (8 PM EST) for Production Turnaround to start on the next business day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We have a fast 1 business day turnaround for most of our products. Mounted posters ship within 2 business days, while stretched canvas ship out within 3 business days.

Because of the drying and curing time required on canvas prints, we cannot rush orders for stretched canvas.

Your order due date indicates when your prints will ship, not when you are to receive them. In addition, while Production Turnaround includes printing, cutting, and finishing, it does not include computer work, or shipping transit times.

Time-in-transit is additional and would vary depending on the shipping service chosen on checkout.

Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not included in the calculation of production and shipping times.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of an existing order you may call us toll free at 1-888-557-6783 or via Live Chat.

Can I cancel my order?

If you realize that you have made a mistake in your selections or need to make changes to your file soon after you have placed your order, call us immediately and we will cancel it for you. However, because these prints are customized we cannot cancel orders that are already in production.


FILE SETUP GUIDE

What are your accepted file formats?

We accept .jpg or .tiff files. Color mode, Adobe RGB.

What is your required image resolution?

A high resolution image has a large number of megapixels, a heavy file weight, and would show great detail when printed. However, resolution is not the only thing to consider when selecting the image you wish to print. Check that your main subject is in focus and is not set against a distracting background. Note that a large print viewed from a distance will be enjoyed even if it has lower resolution.

What if I am not sure about the quality of my image?

That is no problem! If you are not sure about the quality of your images, just upload them and we will contact you if the are any problems. Our specialists review the images you submit prior to printing to check for proper sizing, resolution, and image quality. We will be notifying you if there are concerns about your file.

What kind of images can I have printed?

We will gladly print any photo that belongs to you or those that you have the rights to. If you are printing a copyrighted image or a picture taken by a professional photographer, you will need to certify that you have obtained the owner's permission to print such images.

It your sole responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary authorizations and/or permissions to use the images you are uploading.

We will not print any image that we consider to be threatening, obscene, pornographic or profane material or any other material that could infringe the rights of any third party or the persons who are in the images. We will refuse and order which in our opinion may be illegal in nature and which may give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse to print images without disclosing a reason.


SHIPPING

Can I pick-up my order?

If it is convenient for you, select Store Pick-up on the shipping confirmation page on checkout.

We have a store front located at 10932 Santa Monica Blvd., Los Angeles CA 90025. Our office hours are from 9am to 6pm PST, Mondays-Fridays.

How will you ship my order?

All orders are carefully packaged for shipping. Mounted and stretched products are shipped in sturdy flat boxes with protective cushioning while rolled products are shipped in thick shipping tubes. We use UPS as our courier. Once an order is shipped, a notification email is sent with the Tracking Number for the package. The progress in transit may be viewed from www.ups.com.

What if my order was damaged in transit?

If your print was damaged in shipping, take pictures of the original packaging and it's contents and email them to satisfaction@onlineposterprinting.com.

We will contact you at the earliest possible time to arrange for a reprint or a refund.

Can I have my order shipped internationally?

We currently are not able to ship internationally.

I want to give these prints out as a gift. How do you I send you instructions when I order?

We do not send the invoice out with your order.

Should you wish to give your order out as a gift, just put the intended recipient's address instead of your own when you get to the shipping confirmation stage of the order process.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your prints, just return them for a reprint or a refund (less Shipping & Handling), provided we are notified within 24 hours upon receipt and the items are returned within seven (7) days from date of shipment.
